It’s November, and pretty soon, you’ll start to see “gratitude lists” popping up all over your Facebook feed.
Well here at Haymaker, we certainly have a lot to be thankful for, so we thought we’d share our list.
We’re thankful for our loving, boisterous and kind family. Haymaker is a family-owned restaurant, so we are also all business partners. We couldn’t work together if we didn’t have great relationships and a ton of love and respect for one another. Family really is the most important thing, and we’re so thankful that ours has a chance to be together so often.
We’re thankful for good food to eat, and wonderful friends and customers to share it with. We get the chance to share our love of food with those around us, and that’s pretty dang cool. And we’re also thankful that we have enough to eat, and clothes to wear, and a warm place to lay our heads at night.
We’re thankful to live in an amazing country where we are blessed with so many freedoms. Whatever your politics may be, we can all agree that we are lucky to live in a land where we can pick our own leaders, where we are allowed to worship as we please, and we are allowed to stand up for what we believe in. We feel blessed that we can call this great nation home.
And of course, we are so thankful for the Lord, who has blessed us with more abundance in this life than we could ever have imagined. We can never express our gratitude, but this is a start.
