With 1.3 million people losing their lives annually, auto-related fatalities are also the 9th leading cause of death worldwide. In the past decade, cars have become more sophisticated and technology has led to fewer and fewer accidents, but there is still more that can be done.
The key message is awareness and prevention. The world is ready for a “cultural shift”. Bad driving is going to become socially unacceptable. Our Founding
Collision Guard was founded on the idea that our attitude toward highway safety is malleable. A safe-driving culture can and will evolve with the proper training, and driver behavior is the best route toward safer travel. Many highway safety officials agree that over 85% of vehicle accidents are caused by human error. Collision Guard founders believe that pioneering an ongoing, easy-to-use, and integrated accident prevention program can save lives.
Collision Guard’s concept was developed by four brothers who own collision repair centers in Utah. Their collision centers were fixing approximately 500 cars per month. After over a decade in business, one theme among their customers was apparent: I did not expect to be involved in an accident today.
