New report is consumers’ advocate for understanding food labeling practices

Ever noticed how misleading some food labels can be? The Center for Science in the Public Interest has noticed too, releasing this 158-page report, “Food Labeling Chaos”, which details sketchy labeling practices that have become increasingly prevalent in the food industry.
