Did you know that most of your favorite Pizza Factory recipes were created right here in our kitchens? Our employees love to experiment, and those creations often end up on the menu!
Here are some of the fun recipes we are playing around with right now:
Have you tried our Szechuan noodles? We love this sweet and spicy combo so much, we are working on ways to use the ingredients in other dishes. Our latest fave: Szechuan chicken on top of our house-made fettucini alfredo. The rich, creamy alfredo makes a great blend with the sweet and spicy chicken. It’s not on the menu yet, but we’d be happy to make up a plate for you and have you let us know what you think!
Looking for something fresh and healthy for summer? Then we might have the perfect dish for you. Guacamole is great on chips, right? But we’re finding it makes a fresh but full-flavored pasta sauce! This is another one that isn’t on the menu yet, but feel free to ask for it at our Provo store, and if we’ve got the ingredients, we’ll make up a plate for you. Those trying to save calories might want to try it on our “gluten free” pasta – which is finely cut strings of zucchini and summer squash. It’s a great dish for summer when you don’t feel like a heavy plate of pasta!
Mario at our Provo store is always experimenting, and he’s been playing around with an American favorite lately — hot wings! These are still in the early phases of testing, but so far our staff are loving them! Once we settle on the perfect sauce, we may put them on the menu.
