Now that the holidays are over, it’s time to start looking forward to spring. This year, there are a variety of construction and trade-related events that we’ll be participating in. One of those events is Willamette Valley Construction Career Day 2018.
The event is scheduled for April 24, from 8 AM to 2 PM at the Oregon State Fair Grounds in Salem. All attendees will be able to:
Use Equipment. Willamette Valley Construction Career Day gives students an opportunity to see what it’s like to work in the construction and skilled trades. Get first-hand experience utilizing power tools and construction equipment, while shadowing industry professionals on a mock job site. Get your hands dirty and experience work in a real-time scenario.

Dozens of construction professionals will be on hand to answer questions like these and more. Get the professional insight you’re looking for!
Learn about employment opportunities. Have you determined that college isn’t for you? Are you thinking about entering the workforce right after graduation?
