One of Utah’s premiere culinary events is almost here: The Park City Food & Wine Classic, which runs July 10-14. The annual festival features more than 500 wines and spirits, 100 local artisans and a staggering 23 events spread over five days.
There will be something for everyone — cooking demos, master classes, outdoor activities related to food and/or wine, and of course, food and wine tastings. Each event will take place at a different location around Park City, including restaurants, wineries resorts and distilleries.

To give you an idea of what’s in store for you, it may be best to start with the “Who.” Some of Park City’s premier chefs, master sommeliers and spirit distillers will be on hand. Winery owners will discuss their work, conduct master classes and share a table with you.
Some of the personalities expected to attend include David Perkins, proprietor and distiller of Utah’s own high-end whiskey brand, High West Distillery; Chip McMullin, executive chef at The St. Regis Deer Valley (recently named the most expensive resort in America); and Ron Mumford, master sommelier who has helped open restaurants for Wolfgang Puck, Emeril Lagasse and Charlie Palmer.

The Park City Food and Wine Classic is about as white glove as you can get, with a price tag well below its value, ranging from $55 to $195. Tickets are on sale now. Snatch some up before they’re sold out!
This is the perfect five-day event for adults looking to indulge in a little of the good life, with plenty of award-winning accommodations available to make your visit a memorable one. And while you’re here, check out some of the amazing hiking trails, local music venues and museums, including the Olympic Park. You may come for the wine, but you’ll stay for Park City.
