Looking for a great place to be an entrepreneur? A new report names Austin as the No. 1 city in the country to launch a new business. Unlike other rankings, this one names the seven ‘hottest startup scenes’ in the U.S. based on some of the most important financial factors to new entrepreneurs. These factors include the cost of high-tech labor, personal and corporate income tax rates, cost of living and housing and office space costs. In other words, these are places where your accountant or financial adviser would be happy to see you in business! Two cities on the list, for example, are in states with no corporate income tax.
