Halloween is here, and with it comes lots of cute little trick-or-treaters out and about in the neighborhood.
But unfortunately, some of the big kids are out making mischief as well. Don’t let your car become a victim of broken eggs or broken glass — or worse. Follow these easy tips to keep your car safe this Halloween:
- Never leave valuables in your car, even if you are just going around the neighborhood
- Never leave your keys inside the car, or the car running, when you are not inside
- Park in well-lit, high-traffic areas. Thieves are more likely to target cars parked in dark or abandoned spots
You can also add a car alarm for another layer of safety. Stay safe, and have a happy Halloween!
