Whenever the seasons change, it’s not unusual to see homes getting fall cleanups as well.
This year, instead of just dusting and deep cleaning, make sure you take care of the most important person — yourself. Too often, we’re so busy taking care of everyone else that our own health falls by the wayside.
We are all busy, but we have to make ourselves the priority.
Here are a few tips to get you started:
You can’t help your family if you can’t help yourself. Moms and stay-at-home Dads need ‘me’ time to relax and unwind from a stressful day.
Schedule those unnecessary but important physicals and office visits. Don’t just take the kids to the doctor, you should go too. Now’s the perfect time to get a physical before the end of the year.
Edit, delete and revise. What’s in your medicine cabinet? Throw the older ones away, including medicine that expired recently. Review your medical history and medication list.
