Should the government set limits on the number of school fundraisers?

Here is an interesting story from Canada. The Ministry of Education has set new rules limiting the number and type of fundraisers each school is allowed to have. The law is intended to make sure schools don’t have an unfair advantage over others when it comes to community support to raise money. What do you think?
