“Shadow” inventory: Not as bad as it seems

Is the nation’s “shadow” inventory really all that worrisome? Sure, there are huge numbers of homes that aren’t yet in foreclosure but likely will end up that way in the future. But the problem isn’t nearly as bad as it seems, experts say.
