In Libya, any information that points to a Christian’s faith could lead to death. While Libya does not have a law against apostasy, anyone who leaves the Muslim religion must be prepared to pay the ultimate price.
One of our young brothers is, even now, facing this truth. He has refused to deny Jesus and is facing capital punishment.
He knows that his “soul finds rest in God alone” (Psalm 62:1).
Pray that the Lord Jesus encourages this young man, strengthens him and keeps him from fear. Pray that he may escape the death sentence.
