NYC organization provides plastic surgery to kids born with deformities

A nonprofit in the Big Apple is providing a (controversial) way to help bullied kids: By paying for their plastic surgeries. The Little Baby Face Foundation was formed in 2002, and also helps kids with facial deformities all over the world.
