Service. We’re proud to bring a culture of safety, commitment and excellence to everything we do. In fact, we consider our service “mission critical” which is exactly why we’re available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Data centers, hospitals and production facilities can’t go down, and we’re here to make sure they don’t!
Construction. At MSS, we perform construction services for new projects as well as retrofits and remodel work. We have experience working on process facilities, central plants, stadiums, manufacturing facilities, hotels and more! We can supply performance and payment bonds as required for any project, up to $25 million per single project. We also carry standard liability insurance of $5 million. We easily can add additional amounts if required for a particular project.
Energy solutions. Want to go ‘green’? Let us help you! We’ve made a strong commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest in energy-saving technology and equipment. Thanks to our strong working relationships with local utility companies, we’re also able to help you explore any rebates or financial incentives that may be available to your company.
Controls. We have an in-house controls department that can install, start-up and provide continual service on Building Automation Systems. We want to give you complete control over whichever system you choose, and help educate you on its ins and outs of using the system.
