Invitation: Black Diamond Fundraiser for Jim Bradley

We would like to send you a personal invitation to the biggest fundraiser of the year for Councilman Jim Bradley, a long-time advocate of Salt Lake County’s canyons. We would appreciate your support at this critical juncture as Jim seeks another term representing you on the County Council.

MESSAGE FROM PETER METCALF:

I first met Jim Bradley when he was Chairman of the Salt Lake County Commission. We were considering moving Black Diamond to Utah and his help, encouragement, and support was integral to our decision to re-locate to Salt Lake County at our current location.

In the intervening 22 years, I have worked with and appreciated greatly Jim’s leadership on the issues of major importance to Black Diamond, our employees, and our community of fellow mountain and canyon enthusiasts. Jim understands the contributions the Wasatch Mountains play in our quality of life and economic vitality. This combined with his leadership and support in championing and protecting the sanctity of these lands and our access to them has made a huge difference over the past 20 years. The leadership and the guts to stand up to those private developers who wish to exploit our mountains will be needed more now than ever.

That is why I am supporting Jim Bradley and why we are hosting this event on September 26 at 5:30 at Black Diamond, 2092 East 3900 South. Please join Carl Fisher, Gale Dick and me as we get Jim Bradley re-elected.
