What an odd couple of years it’s been. The pandemic has thrown high school basketball schedules off kilter across the board, with some teams starting in mid-winter and some in spring. Either way, if your team is lucky enough to be playing this year, congrats!

As you well know, with the long days of practice comes the occasional ache or pain. Maybe it’s a tender knee or swollen ankle that’s keeping your players from performing at their top level.
