Halloween project: Small treat totes

While kids may be happy collecting candy in a pillow case, these super-sweet treat totes take trick-or-treating to a new level. (Two fat quarters make four bags!) Sew a batch and deliver a not-so-scary surprise to friends, co-workers or neighbors.
