If you thought satellite dishes were the only popular rooftop decorations, think again. Beginning next year, Georgia Power — the main utility provider in the Peach State — will buy 30 megawatts a year from solar-equipped homes and businesses. The new push is part of an incentive to get homeowners to invest in solar panels and renewable energy.
