Electric vehicles get “charged” at the zoo

The San Diego Zoo now offers electric charging stations for patrons with eco-conscious cars. The zoo’s ten “solar canopies” can produce 90 kilowatts – enough to power 59 homes. Do you think this trend will catch on?
