(Chiropractic — June 2021) Preventing neck, back and joint pain

You may not realize it, but the way you sit, stand and sleep can have a substantial impact on how much you suffer from neck, back and joint pain. Surprised? Take a few minutes to read our latest blog, which explores the best posture for three things everyone does every single day.

For example, many people have their computer monitor positioned in a way that puts them at risk for developing neck pain. At work, for example, your eyes should be at about the same height as the top of your computer monitor to allow your head to be in a neutral position. It doesn’t take fancy ergonomic equipment to get it right — you may just have to put your laptop on the top of a book or a few magazines to get it at the right height.
