American Aviation Pioneers…Nancy Love

Nancy Love was awarded the Air Medal for her superb direction of the Women’s Auxiliary Ferry Squadron during WWII. Under her command, female pilots logged more than 9.2 million miles and had a better safety record than male pilots.
