28th LSS Globemasters flew many missions to Vietnam

From 1965 to 1969, the 28th Logistics Support Squadron  flew most of its missions to Vietnam. The “Globemaster” was used extensively during the Vietnam War to transport materiel from the U.S. to Vietnam. We have an “Old Shakey” at our museum.
