One bit of cheerful news in the midst of some at times troubling financial topics is a recent report from Canadian firm IG Private Wealth Management. In this poll of high-net-worth Canadians, it states that 86% want to help provide financial support for their children’s education, while another 30% would provide, or have provided, help in funding new business ventures for their children. Also, about 67% of those polled donate regularly to charitable causes.
