Still looking for something to do over Spring Break? Well if you like baseball, we may have just the thing.
The Pizza Factory Boys Baseball Invitational is back, for the tenth year in a row, and we couldn’t be more excited. Each year more than 300 players descend on Spanish Fork to spend Spring Break playing ball. With kids ranging from eight to 14, it’s always an interesting time.
We love sponsoring events like this, because it gives us a chance to connect with our community. Seeing the kids learn important life skills like sportsmanship, teamwork, and dedication through a sport always gives us hope for the future. Giving these future leaders some free pizza seems a small price to pay for the chance to watch them grow into strong young men.
If you’re a baseball fan, come on over to the ball park to watch some pretty good baseball. Or if you are a parent or a coach, consider signing your team up. The tournament runs April 4-6, and registration is $350 per team. The tourney setup is pool play followed by single elimination, but each team is guaranteed at least four games.
