Do you remember where and how you learned the skills that helped you set about the business of training for a career and finding a job? After we get established in the world of work and responsibilities, sometimes we forget those early years of trial and error as we set on the path to self-reliance.

Did you have parents, teachers and guidance counselors to help encourage your efforts when you first started out? None of us have managed our accomplishments entirely alone; we can be grateful for the support of family and friends along the way. At Cause for Hope, we want to extend the same kind of support, friendship, counseling and guidance to our clients that are seeking to break the cycle of generational poverty.
Our mission is to provide the services and opportunities that so many of us have been blessed enough to take for granted to people living in Latin America. We seek to share the tools that will help families achieve self-sufficiency and build a future. The following is a basic list of the services we provide to help give people an opportunity to build self-reliance and make a lasting change:
- Mentoring
- Small Business Training
- Vocational Loans and Training
- Economic Development and Job Creation
- English Language Classes
- Computer Classes and additional Vocational Training Classes
- Job Placement Services
We invite you to learn more about the Cause for Hope programs and services provided. You can find more information about all of the programs listed above, here.
This support is so important because Latin America is one of the poorest regions in the world. The people suffer from widespread unemployment and poverty and often lack educational and other important opportunities.
We provide these services to people in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Peru. We also anticipate expanding to help people in 25 additional cities. We’re proud to help make a difference in the lives of so many people!
