The Jim Bradley campaign is going social! And we want you to be involved.
Between now and Election Day, we’re going to break some exciting news on Facebook about where Jim is going, where he stands on the issues and who’s backing him from both sides of the political aisle. It’s going to fun! And it’s going to be social!
We’ll also publish some AWESOME blogs from Jim on topics that matter most in the campaign. Expect to hear from him on foothill and canyon protection, urban farming, public safety, cultural arts and a handful of other issues that have defined Jim as a mover and shaker on the Salt Lake County Council.
This is an important campaign! Jim has brought balance and experience to the County Council – two attributes that are going to be critical as the county bids farewell to Mayor Peter Corroon and welcomes a new administration. We need to keep Jim Bradley’s common sense on the County Council.
In the meantime, let’s introduce you to the rhythm you can expect from us on Facebook as the campaign heads toward Election Day:
MONDAY: We’ll roll out Jim’s campaign schedule each week with highlights on where he’s going. Maybe it’s the Growing Power conference in Milwaukee. Or maybe it’s an art festival in Magna, a community meeting in Draper, a senior center visit in Riverton or a fundraiser in Sandy. If you’d like to join him at a campaign event, this will put you on the inside track.
WEDNESDAY: Expect to see a cool photo every week as part of a feature we’re calling ‘Candidly Speaking.’ Sometimes, we’ll feature Jim in that photo. Other times, it will touch on a topic Jim believes in.
FRIDAY: This will be endorsement day! We’ve already published some great endorsements from Riverton Mayor Bill Applegarth and Murray Mayor Dan Snarr. Expect to see more of those – including a big-name endorsement from a prominent Republican in the not-so-distant future. That one is hush-hush. You’ll have to watch us on Facebook to find out.
