For a great article that puts more of your top fears into perspective, read here! If you find yourself feeling a little maxed out, here are five ways you can take good care of yourself when stress does strike:

  • Lean on others. Surround yourself with supportive people who help you relax and offer support.

  • Take a little time off work, or take a weekend getaway. If you can’t find time for that, carve out a few extra hours at least once a week to do something you enjoy!
