Letter from the President

Dear First Utah Bank Customers,

I would like to personally thank you for your business and the trust you have placed in First Utah Bank. We have been headquartered here in Salt Lake County for over 40 years. The Bank continues to grow, and is now over $430 million in assets, and we are safe and sound. We were recently voted the best community bank in Utah. We have been busy lately upgrading our branches and our new Millcreek headquarters, including solar panels and electric car chargers. Please come by if you haven’t been in lately. Also later this year we will be opening a branch in Lehi.

We have invested heavily in our online banking and electronic cash management products. We know that banking is now something that you do, not just where you go, and we want to make it easy. In addition to loans, our cash management, merchant credit card program, and electronic payments systems are state-of-the-art. We want to understand your goals and how our systems and technology can help you succeed. We also offer a new program that allows us to offer FDIC insurance on large deposit accounts of any size.

Community banks like First Utah Bank play a vital role in our local and national economy, because we focus on consumers and small business. Community banks rely on relationships and custom solutions and don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. You are never just a number at First Utah Bank. All of our employees and owners live in Utah and as a community bank we donated over $100,000 to local charities and community organizations last year, including our new banking exhibit at the Children’s Discovery Museum.

Thank you again for your confidence and support. Please call me anytime with questions or suggestions.

Brad Baldwin
President
