Study: Georgetown University validates key ingredient in FIT

Great news on the scientific front.

Georgetown University has conducted a study showing that hydroxycitric acid – a key ingredient in FIT – is a legitimate weight-loss tool. Check out this endorsement:

Hydroxycitric acid “can serve as an effective and safe weight-loss formula that can facilitate a reduction in excess body weight and BMI, while promoting healthy blood lipid levels.”

Not bad, right? The endorsement came after an eight-week study, in which researchers reported a 5-6 percent decrease in body weight and BMI for moderately obese people who used hydroxycitric acid.
