Dozens of passengers in the San Francisco airplane crash suffered spinal injuries

After an  airplane crashed in San Francisco, dozens of passengers suffered spinal injuries. This includes crushed vertebrae and damaged ligaments in the neck, as the victims were flung forward during the crash.
