South Dakota teachers can lawfully pack a pistol

Pistol-packing teachers have a green light in South Dakota. On March 8, 2013 South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard signed into law a measure that allows teachers and other school personnel to carry firearms. The law goes into effect July 1, 2013.
