‘Just fight back’ advice not helpful to victims of bullies

Here’s the rub: Victims of bullies aren’t Rambos. Children may suffer serious injuries, if they hit their tormentors. And, why encourage an “eye for an eye” attitude? Parents and school officials need to actively diffuse the situation.
