One USU undergrad is taking aim at helping to preserve struggling but historically rich small towns in rural Utah. With a recently awarded grant, Kim Harris is trying to close the gap between towns’ current services and opportunities for environmentally-friendly recreational services that could lead to much-needed revenue in the future.
