- We meet with you and obtain a written work order for your project.
- A professional design/draft person visits your home to review the project.
- The initial design phase begins. After about two weeks, you’ll review your first rendering. The complete design and drafting phase takes about four weeks.
- Revisions to the design are made together, after which a meeting is set to review and approve plans.
- Plans are submitted by us to your local building department for a permit.
- Construction begins approximately two to three weeks after the permit is obtained.
