Here at Cause for Hope, we know that becoming self-reliant is the successful outcome that results from a series of steps that must be taken to reach the goal of breaking generational poverty. A critical first step for many of our clients is learning where and how to seek work.

That’s why we are proud to serve hardworking, skilled people with a job placement program. What good does it do to have the education, talent and motivation to support yourself and a family, if you don’t have the resources to find the opportunities you need?
For that reason (and so many more), Cause for Hope staff helps participants to find employment by working with resource centers local to the applicant. In addition, we help each person get prepared by teaching them the skills necessary to successfully:
- Write and polish an effective resume
- Prepare for the interview process
- Learn where and how to look for work
- Support job seekers through mentoring partnerships
- Offer ongoing business skills and technology training
We also provide the necessary tools for applicants to search for work. Our offices are equipped with computers that applicants may use to craft and print resumes. We also help them search for jobs on the Internet, in local newspaper listings and through an advanced job search database.
As a result, so many of our participants have found work and made a lasting change in their lives. We are so proud to have been part of their success! Here at Cause for Hope, we invite you to learn more about the success of our participants – and how you can get involved to help. We want to hear from you!
