Here at Cause for Hope, our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of good, hardworking people by giving them the tools they need to end the cycle of generational poverty. We have a proven formula for success, and today we want to share information with you about one area in which we excel: providing the framework for the long-term economic development of communities.
While working with the people that Cause for Hope serves, we’ve found that many of our participants already have the needed motivation, some job skills and a tremendous work ethic. Many of the families that participate together have already started businesses, for example, and just need the additional education and training to continue the growth and success of their enterprise.
Our program offers these families and entrepreneurs business training and sometimes micro-loans to help them grow. As we invest in these people and their communities, we’re helping to establish the foundation for job creation and a more stable economy. In addition, individuals that achieve financial success and self-reliance are the basis for the continued success of the community because they support families, help neighbors and friends, and inspire others.
Cause for Hope is able to help individuals by providing the tools they need to continue their education, find work and establish businesses. Sometimes all it takes is teaching new computer or language skills, or giving the proper guidance needed to successfully write a resume and apply for work.
Our support for these communities has a tremendous positive impact in the areas where we serve. We know we’re making a difference because of the success stories we’ve witnessed along the way. We’re working to help families and communities in underdeveloped countries to become self-reliant and financially successful.
